Responsible Gambling
Gambling at Mafia can cause financial and personal harm. Decide on spending and time boundaries before a session, and stop if gambling is becoming difficult to control. Account support and independent counselling serve different needs: ask support for account action and a counselling service for personal help.
Limits and exclusion requests
Send self-exclusion requests through the support channel within the account service. State clearly that the request concerns gambling control and ask for account closure on that basis. Identify any other accounts you hold and do not create additional accounts. Keep the request and confirmation together so the action and timing remain clear.
A boundary you can actually follow
Use the privacy contact to ask specifically about the player data relevant to your request. For a self-exclusion record, give the date and channel of the original account instruction. If the issue concerns tracking instead, identify the browser and cookie preference. Do not substitute a casino-support complaint for a clear request about who holds your data and how long it is retained. For a limit or exclusion, make a separate, explicit account instruction. Stop funding the account if gambling is harming essential spending.
| A Mafia situation | Practical response |
|---|---|
| Switching between casino and sports | Count time and spending across both activities |
| A Challenge makes stopping difficult | End the session without finishing the challenge |
| You need access stopped | Email the self-exclusion request and retain confirmation |
What to include in a restriction request
Contact support within the account service from the registered contact where possible. Say that the issue concerns responsible gambling. Specify whether you want to stop access or restrict spending, and ask about the handling of an existing balance and marketing messages. Do not assume that an ordinary logout or removal of a shortcut closes an account. Ask about any future reopening conditions without using another registration to test the restriction.
Independent help
Seek independent gambling support where you live. You can seek support before a gambling problem has been diagnosed and can also ask for help when someone close to you is affected.
Adults, shared devices and privacy
Keep gambling accounts away from children and do not share credentials or a signed-in device. If a minor may have accessed an account, contact support promptly. Keep sensitive personal and financial information out of public posts. For data requests, see Privacy Policy; for account and product context, see About Us.
